Pain management
EFT’s results for pain management are often impressive. In most cases, pain vanishes or noticeably reduces within a few minutes of applying EFT. Also, repeated applications of EFT often eliminate chronic pains so that they no longer re-appear daily, weekly or monthly. This is pain relief at its best and doesn’t involve drugs or painful procedures of any kind.
For those who don’t achieve instant results, EFT is still likely to provide relief. However, in these cases more sophisticated approaches are usually necessary. Sometimes the principle cause of the pain is one or more unresolved emotional issues such as anger, fear, guilt or trauma. EFT is ideally designed to address these emotional issues and, once properly resolved, many physical ailments subside.
Panic attacks
EFT provides both rapid relief and long term benefits for Stress, Panic Attacks and Anxiety Attacks. It works equally well for these problems and often works where nothing else will. Once you have learned the EFT process, you can apply it at the onset of an attack and, in most cases, it will rapidly “bring you down” within minutes. This is an astonishing experience for long term sufferers.
Parkinson’s disease
Based on impressive new discoveries involving the body’s subtle energies, EFT has been clinically effective in thousands of cases for physical symptoms of all kinds… including Parkinson’s disease.
PMS
Women’s health researchers recently established that symptoms of premenstrual syndrome are a response to stress for some women. Their complex roles can feel overwhelming, and coping difficulties may manifest as severe PMS symptoms. Researchers recommend that women take self-care time, away from responsibilities, but there may be another way to eliminate the body and mind’s response to stress.
Gary Craig says that women who feel overwhelmed by their responsibilities are unlikely to make an easy transition to taking time for themselves. “In my experience of doing EFT with thousands of women,” says Craig, “if they are struggling to balance their many responsibilities, they may tend to feel guilty, weak, self-indulgent, or undeserving of taking time for themselves. EFT helps combat these feelings of negative self-worth, enabling women to take relaxing, guilt-free breaks.”
Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
PTSD responds surprisingly well to EFT. In most cases the intense feelings from those flashbacks and intrusive memories either vanish or are materially reduced within a few minutes of applying EFT. Also, repeated applications of EFT often eliminate these feelings permanently so that they no longer re-appear on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
For those who don’t achieve instant relief, EFT is still likely to improve or completely resolve the problem. However, in these cases more sophisticated approaches are usually necessary. EFT is ideally designed to address these emotional issues and, once properly applied, many emotional issues subside permanently.
Prostate problems
Gary Craig invited people with various cancers to his home to work with them using EFT. He writes “One man had a mild form of prostate cancer. After the workshop his PSA test levels dropped substantially. They ended up in the “safe” category.
Another man had very aggressive prostate cancer and had a constant sensation in the prostate area and, about once every week or two, he experienced excruciating pains that caused him to “bend over in agony.” Since the workshop his PSA test levels dropped nearly in half and all sensations, including the “bend over in agony” pains disappeared.
Public speaking
Many people experience shortness of breath, sweating, faintness and many other symptoms just at the thought of getting up and speaking in front of anyone – one other person or a thousand people. EFT can and does help remove the fear in a short time.
