Nail biting
Although on the surface this may seem a simple habit, using EFT we discover that nail biting can be just a symptom of many underlying childhood traumas.

Nausea
Over and over again we see EFT giving relief to physical symptoms. This includes nausea, for whatever reason – from reactions to chemotherapy to morning sickness. There is scarcely a physical symptom that isn’t a candidate for EFT.
