Menopause
Typically, menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and chills last anywhere from a few months to a few years. Depending on their severity, they can affect sleep, relationships, job performance and a long list of important life functions.
Such was Nancy O’Hanna’s experience until she applied EFT to her various symptoms. The symptoms subsided almost immediately. If they re-appear, Nancy applies a round or two of EFT and they fade completely. She said she has not had any hot flashes, night sweats of chills for over seven months.

Migraines
EFT’s results on headaches are often astonishing. In most cases, headaches, including migraine headaches, vanish within a few minutes of applying EFT. Also, repeated applications of EFT often eliminate chronic headaches so that they no longer re-appear daily, weekly or monthly.
For those who don’t achieve instant relief, EFT is still likely to resolve the problem. However, in these cases more sophisticated approaches are usually necessary. Sometimes the principle cause of the headaches is one or more unresolved emotional issues such as anger, fear, guilt or trauma. EFT is ideally designed to address these emotional issues and, once properly resolved, many physical ailments subside.
“My doorman told me that after suffering from weekly and sometimes daily migraines since childhood, he hadn’t had a single migraine since the EFT treatment, which was between 5 and 6 years ago. He still doesn’t understand what went on in my office, but is thrilled with his relief.” – Dr. Carol Look, LCSW, DCH

Motion sickness
Dramamine… although it reportedly doesn’t cure anything, it is supposed to help with the effects of car sickness, air sickness and other forms of motion sickness. Side effects include drowsiness.  Why not try EFT instead? EFT, unlike Dramamine, can provide long term relief and does so without any negative side effects.

Multiple sclerosis
Many documented cases exist where physical issues including multiple sclerosis symptoms have gained complete or partial relief through EFT.
